Saw blade is the major component of any saw machine. Saw world is differentiated by saw blades. There are numerous saw blades available in the market. Apart from that each manufacturer differentiate product on the basic of quality and durability.

With so many saw blades available which one is should you get, remains a mystery! We have listed the saw blades in three basic categories. These categories are derived from the three initial saw tools; Scroll saw, Table saw and Band saw. These three machines are the basic design of all other saws available in the market. Scroll Saw Blades

• Scroll Blades: These are best for cutting hard materials.
• Spiral Blades: These are teeth are twisted and point outside from every direction. Help cutting with out moving material.

• Thick Blades: The name defines the purpose. These are used for cutting thick wood or metal materials.
• Double Tooth : They are similar to Spiral and reverse blades. Result in fast and accurate cuts.
• PGT: These are ‘A’ grade blades. They are most accurate and reliable. They are called precision ground blades.

Band Saw Blades

• Pro Blades: These blades are famous because of commercial point of view. They are found in most of timber mills across the world. They are tough and highly durable. They can operate at high speed.
• Premium Blades: These are multipurpose band saw blades. They are very flexible and one of its kind. Unlike Pro blades, premium blades are used where accuracy is a priority over speed. They are used for cutting many different materials.

Table Saw Blades

These are circular blades. Teeth are situated at the circumference of the circle. There are numerous manufactures of circular blades. Some are sharper and durable while others are smooth and effective.
